What services do you offer?

I specialize in building websites, courses, and memberships, and I sell digital products like templates and images.

Where are your digital products hosted?

Systeme.io my main website and my shopping cart for digital sales is on WooCommerce.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options through my payment gateway, PayStack.

Do you offer payment plans for your services?

I don't do payment plans as such. When you sign up for any one of my services, I require a 50% deposit with the 50% balance due on completion of the project. My digital products are

Is there support after I purchase your services?

My standard project agreements include 2-week or 1-month support depending on the service you signed up for. For digital products, if you have any problems please email me and I will help where I can. Contact me at anno@annotorr.com

Do you provide templates for any platform?

Coming Soon!! I do provide Google Doc and Sheet business templates as well as PDF'S.

Do you work with platforms other than Kajabi?

While I primarily work with Kajabi, I have expanded my services to include the Systeme.io platform.

Do you offer custom website or course design?

Yes, I offer custom designs tailored to your brand and business needs.

Are your payments secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through a secure and reliable payment gateway. PayStack is a Preferred Payment Gateway for e-commerce platforms like Shopify and has direct integration with Systeme.io.

How will I receive the digital products I purchase?

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided. However, I’m happy to assist with any issues you may encounter.

How long does it take to complete a website or course build?

Timelines vary depending on the project scope, how soon I get access to all of the required information and assets required to build the project. This is all discussed during our discovery and start-up call, and set out in the agreement.

Can I request custom images or templates?

Yes, custom design requests are welcome. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity.

What are your hours of business?

I am in South Africa and follow SAST - South African Standard Time. However, as I have a global client base, I do work early mornings and evenings as well should I need to accommodate a specific client. You're welcome to email me at anno@annotorr.com to chat further.
