I’m good at finding the part that doesn’t add up
When your business appears in one AI answer and disappears from the next, or two tools give you conflicting results, I don’t settle on the first explanation that sounds convincing. I compare what’s happening and follow the evidence before recommending a change.

I look at the work before I choose the tool
I want to understand what needs to happen, who’s doing it and what information they need. Then we can decide where ChatGPT, Claude or another tool helps, and where the setup around it needs attention first.

I’m quite happy to tell you to leave something alone
You won’t leave with a list of changes just because a report needs to look substantial. If the evidence doesn’t give us a good reason to rewrite a page, add a tool or rebuild a workflow, I’ll say so.

I'm Anno
I work with experienced small business owners who are already using AI but want a clearer view of what it’s doing in their business, or how their business is appearing in AI search.
Some come to me with chats, prompts and files scattered across tools. Others have found that ChatGPT knows their business by name but leaves it out when someone asks for the service they provide. I help them investigate what’s happening and decide what deserves their time and money.
