The AI is not the asset - Your IP is.

I help you use AI in a way that fits your business, your workflow, and your actual goals - not by copying whatever the loudest people online are shouting about this week.

The AI is not the asset - Your IP is.

I help business owners build an AI-ready business ecosystem around their voice, logic, frameworks, assets, and ways of working, so they are not dependent on one platform or building on borrowed ground.

AI should fit your business - not the other way around

Yes, AI can be brilliant.

It can also become one more noisy tab open in your browser, one more half-finished experiment, one more “I really should be doing something with this” thing sitting on your mental to-do list like a smug little gremlin.

AI should support the way your business works, not bulldoze through it.
Not add five more tools, twelve more tabs, and a workflow that looked impressive in someone else’s demo but makes absolutely no sense once it meets your clients, your offers, your content, your brain, and your Tuesday afternoon.

So let's cut the AI noise.

You need to know where AI can genuinely help, where it is likely to waste your time, what to ignore, and what needs to shift so it becomes useful in real life.

That's where I come in.

You're being told you're falling behind - and this phrasing annoys me!

The problem is that advice is all over the place, and that creates confusion and overwhelm.

→ One person says you need custom GPTs.

→ Another says, Agents are where you need to focus.

→ You read that tens of thousands of users have left ChatGPT for Claude. "Oh, no, am I on the wrong platform? Do I need to move too?"

→ Someone else is building automations that look clever on a screen share and mildly terrifying once you imagine maintaining them yourself.

And then there are the “simple beginner tutorials” that somehow assume you already understand the terminology, the setup, the tool stack, and why something called a repo is suddenly involved.

Helpful. Very relaxing.

Here’s the real issue:

AI is moving fast, but your business still has real-world constraints.

You have existing offers. Existing clients. Existing ways of working. Existing content, knowledge, processes, and decisions that live partly in your head, partly in your files, and partly in that one document you swear you saved somewhere sensible.

So the question is not: “How do I use more AI?”

The better question is:

“Where does AI actually make sense in this business?”

That is a very different conversation.

How I Help

I help you work out where AI belongs — and where it absolutely does not.

This is not about stuffing AI into every corner of your business like extra luggage into an already overpacked boot. And it is definitely not about chasing whatever tool is having its main character moment this week. The work is more practical than that.

We look at your actual business and work out:

  • where AI could save time or reduce friction

  • where it could support better decisions, content, delivery, or admin

  • where your workflow needs cleaning up before AI will help

  • where your knowledge, IP, voice, or processes need to be made usable

  • where AI would create more clutter than value

  • what should stay human-led

  • what is genuinely worth implementing first

Because yes, AI can help, but only if it has something solid to work with.

Your knowledge, process, voice, and offers. Your decision-making and way of working. That is the real asset.

AI is the support act. A very clever support act, admittedly, but still not the main show.

I help you shape a practical AI fit around the business you actually have, so the next step is clearer, lighter, and far less shouty.

Not around hype or platform panic. And definitely not around whatever tool launched while you were making tea. Sure, you may need to change few things for a better AI Fit where it works, but we don't shoehorn everything into it just because everyone else seems to be doing it.

Ways to work with me

There are two main paths here.

One is for business owners who want help working out how AI should fit into their business.

The other is for smart non-developers who want to learn tools like Claude properly, without being thrown into the deep end with a cheerful “you’ve got this!” and absolutely no ladder.

Both are practical and designed to reduce confusion.

And they're both built around the same idea that

AI should make your work easier to navigate, not harder to understand.

AI Fit Intensive

For business owners who want a clear plan before building anything.

This is the starting point.

Think of it as the part where we stop the swirl, pull everything onto the table, and work out what actually makes sense for your business — instead of what some loud person online said you should be doing by Tuesday.

AI Integration Project

For business owners who want the right setup -

built properly.

Once the plan is clear, I can help you implement it.

This is for you if you do not want to spend weeks trying to piece together tools, prompts, workflows, assistants, documents, and automations while quietly wondering whether you are making the whole thing worse.

Claude, ChatGPT & What to Use When

4-part Live Workshop Series:

Learn how to choose and use the right AI workspace for the work you’re doing.

If you struggle to choose between them: "I don’t know which AI to use for what, so I keep guessing, switching, duplicating work, and getting inconsistent results," this workshop is for you.

Claude and OpenAI keep improving weekly. To get the best results, we'll focus on the practical split for using these tools:

Together as a working AI stack
Not “pick one forever.”
More like: use the right model/workspace for the job, then know how to pass work between them without creating chaos.

Why Work With Me

I have spent years building and running my own online businesses, so I know what happens behind the glossy front end.

The decisions, bottlenecks, admin, all the moving parts. Not to mention the “why is this still living in my head?” problem.

I know how easily a business can quietly become dependent on one person remembering everything, being the single fixer, and holding the whole circus tent up with a spreadsheet and sheer determination.

One of my earlier businesses was a popular online wildlife-friendly gardening magazine and indigenous plant library I built from scratch.

Planning, writing, photography, design, publishing, marketing, website setup, layout, content planning. The works. A full online business run solo.

Since then, I have worked across print-on-demand, online courses, Kajabi, Systeme, automations, digital products, client delivery systems, AI tools, and all the delightful backend chaos that comes with trying to make online businesses run without chewing up every spare hour.

So when I look at AI, I am not dazzled by novelty. Here's what I look at:

Where does it fit? Where does it help? Where will it add clutter?
What does the business need before AI can be useful?
What assets already exist but are not being used properly?
What needs simplifying before anything gets built?

That is the lens I bring. Strategic, practical, and very allergic to unnecessary nonsense.

HAPPY CLIENTS

“I love working with Anno. She doesn’t just fix my delivery systems, she untangles the whole backend. My systems run smoother, my launches are lighter, and I finally feel like I’m not chained to admin. She saves me hours every week.”

Ceren Brunell

Teacher, Functional Health Specialist

“Anno has this genius way of turning complex funnels and messy tools into something seamless. She zap’d things around so they just worked. It’s like she gave me back my time and my sanity.” If you’ve got the chance to work with her, or grab anything techie from her, you REALLY need to do it!

Mel Mutterspauch

Owner, The Herbalist's Path

“Anno was my fairy godmother. She took away the stress and gave me a site that was ready on time, gorgeous, and functional — but what blew me away was how she set things up so I don’t have to be everywhere at once. I feel supported by my own business now.”

⁓ Justine McLean

Owner, Justine McLean

“We’ve loved working with Anno. She broke down complex systems, explained the why behind each choice, and built two programs that aren’t just beautiful but fully functional. Everything connects in ways we couldn’t have imagined.”
